Luao Liu is an Animator, Motion Designer, and Freelance Artist.
She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2D Animation and a Master of Fine Arts in Computer Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
She is a 2D animator and independent filmmaker working across frame-by-frame animation, background design, and motion. Her work focuses on emotionally driven storytelling, often exploring themes of memory, distance, and human connection.
